How Did You Validate That All That Worked?
There was a much stronger correlation between our front ranking. Did the same thing up fot ranking and their performance. So if we thought somebody was good, they had a very good chance of being good. It was harder to tell for sure that the average quality was higher. But the fact that we could predict to a greater extent how people were going to do gave me greater confidence in our recruiting process.
