The Importance of an Internal Critic in the Newsroom
CNN's John Sutter says he thinks it would be a good idea to have an internal critic in the news media. He says reporters are more defensive because of social media, and they sometimes miss valid complaints. "You can't actually make anything change, but you can bring censure and embarrassment," writes Sutter.
