By the time i was 20, i had fallen in love with food. And that's here i opened my first restaurant and started to hone my craft. I went to work for bern laxer at burnstake house and ended up working there for about 11 years. Then it was time to move on and open my own places. That led us to edison, a food and drink lap, which led them to edison's swigham a jig at sparkman wharf,. And then we opened counterculture a here on bato bay and bay shore - luncheon abrook, brunch and dinner.
