The Overestimation of the Potential of AI
How much of the discourse around AI is just hype for the sake of like over estimating the potential? You think it might be 50 years before AI are smart enough to basically handle backend development by themselves without a ton of humans in the loop. There's an S curve. And so what I mean by an S curve is things accelerate and then they kind of smooth off, but they still keep kind of going. It's kind of like how during COVID, you were looking at the case counts every day and you were like, this exponentially goes up every week.
