Is It Right to Call It a Bias?

I will confess that if i see a strong bias a, my trust level drops and i'm less willing to do the work of listening to that person em. And then it begs a question like, well, is it right to call it a bias if you really think it's valid? Like, maybe it's more akin to an interpersonal or inter subjective truth of some kind,.
