The Bifurcated Labor Supply
The labor side is actually really interesting because it's very much bifurcated and it's a byproduct of, again, policy choices that we made. We've seen a contraction over the last two decades of roughly 20% of those who have less than a college degree. And so the employment prospects, the premiums associated with attending college, have actually deteriorated. The unemployment rates for people with college degrees has risen from traditionally in the neighborhood of 1% to about 2%.
