The band recorded outside songwriters material that were sort of in the stable of the upper echelon of L.A. songwriters. "We'd spend a few different times sitting for quite a long time just listening through these cassette tapes on a cassette deck" The group was daunted because we'd always been the writers, the key writers, the main songwriters in the band.
