The Indications for NAC
The indications for NAC are going to be in a single acute ingestion. For the straight-up pure acetaminophen poisoning, one to two hours give charcoal. And you can extend that up to four hours for extended release for patients who would have a delayed absorption for whatever reason or for massive overdose.
