Sally Kohn: In the very, very long run, inevitably higher fertility norms have to win out. Though they might not win out forever, right? They win out for a while, and then lower fertility norms will emerge again. But this is my point is that demographic history is not the story of permanent high fertility; it's more like episodic low fertility. She says liberals have much lower fertility than conservatives if you don't control for religion.
