People and Leadership - A Real Journey
i've always had a passion for people, people development. My dissertation was really around trying to stand why organizations don't invest enough in people and developing them. I'm very fortunate that i spent four or five years going through leadyship training and understanding the power of teams. Had i not been as lucky, that might have not been a important part of my career. And what's really interesting, certainly to me, is that people and leadership seems to thread its way through those different elements.
