Financial education can transform people's lives, regardless of their starting point. Financial education isn't embedded within the curriculum at primary or secondary school. But we have to get in early and provide more consistent opportunities. Dowll: We know that lifelong habits and behaviours around money formed roughly by the age of seven. The hearing all those conversations around them, they understand what it means to earn money and what income is. So we really n need to start early.
