i have to ask, because you were the chief officer for scientific work force diversity. And that, as we all know, is in washington,. which is one of the places that i might imagine resistance o from some to these ideas. So tell me how? How? How do you make the case to somebody who is sceptical about the value of diversity ? I mean, is it individual stories? Is it statistics? Is it a combination? And how well do those arguments go over with the sceptics? Yes, you use every single one of those tools. And mowe is required with the sceptic.
