The idea behind batched communication is that most people tend to, or in a lot of organizations, it's like, very interup driven. With that said, if something is so important that it can't wait, then obviously we should address it. But most things are not urgent. And i think that by having a time where everyone set aside, there's like this dedicated time for certain types of activities. It can help reduce interruptions and concentrate that kind of discussion.
