Nike's North America launch policy has to work toward having a drawing type situation. They have looser guidelines around general release product but it should be limited or like resellable. If you're releasing a high heat launch product at your store, you can't sell a raffle ticket to it nor can you unless Nike can sense to it and tie it to a charitable thing.
