Russian occupation forces re-erected a monument of Vladimir Lenin in Ukraine. It was the same statue that Ukrainian activists had removed in February 2014. In his 20th anniversary for brief speech Putin set out his A-host historic conclusions. But how did we get to a point where real de-communisation ends up looking like a re-erectioned Lenin monument?
