I would love to get your perspective on on culture and how you use culture in in your leadership. It's an interesting way to approach things, because we, for many years adopt id as. We sort of had an unintentional culture. So when our new co took over almost years ago, we sat down as a leadership team and and decided, what is our culture? What do weu think our culture is to day? And then what are things about our culture that we want to lean into? The best companies in the world are the ones that have really clear cultures and everything in place to reinforce that culture.
