How to Work With an Editor
If the editor is younger, particularly if they are a woman, or if they're a person of color, they tend to get more resistance. It's worth figuring out how to work with this person as opposed to saying like my writing is perfect and no one will ever touch it. Because if you're thinking that way, then no one will want to work with you.
