"I couldn't figure out how to like feel better but still have this thing that I loved. And it took a lot of exploration for me until I really discovered doing an elimination diet," she says. "Until you eliminate that food from your diet and see, in the way that you can reintroduce that food ... then you notice that you felt a different way." She adds: "The time might not be off limits...
