Coaches Have a Long Term View of Talent Development
I think it's worth a discussion. Any value judgment? Do you have any value judgment on that? You'd expect coaches to have some confidence in their processes. Coaches have knowledge of the under, of knowledge of talent development,. They're having like a long term view of the development process as well. So compare that to athletes and parents who might not have had detailed understanding of kind of the science behind why they're doing things.
