A culture shift takes more than a two or three day training session. The success of that is understanding what your new role is and being able to shift to it. What does a project manager do in agile? Depends on what method you're using, but that can be really challenging because they may need to change their role. And so the thing i said to this one client, as i think the biggest issue in transition agile is, what is my role an agile? Not what my role was in traditional, it's not going to be the same role, but what is it now an agile? That takes education and a shift.
