I'm going to argue for deficiencies that are discernible within black American society, which only we could correct. So the family is a matter Internal to the community about how men and women relate to each other or engage in social reproduction childbearing. Homicide is the order of magnitude more prevalent amongst African Americans that it is in the society as a whole. I think if you look at the developing world in the post colonial period the second half of the 20th century That's exactly what you see.
