I think it was taking this job and the fact that when i started, my initial task was to take the whole department apart and then rebuild it. So a hundred people that i walked in the door and i inherited, within the first six weeks, all jobs had to be eliminated. Did you have to personally fire every single person? Or i'll put it this way, i had to be the person that communicated to everybody that their jobs as they knew them were no longer going to exist.
