The Flexibility of Law, Right?
Lawyers have historically thought more stuff was bespoke than really is. Most stuff can be boiled down to less discretionary questions, right? And i think there are a lot of areas where if we understood ambiguities, and in the vagueness that was in some of these areas, we could figure out how to make things easier for people. You empower lawyers t seem to get very worried about this idea that they're going to be replaced by these tools.
