There are different kinds of questions you can ask that are interestin, but so abstract that you're unlikely ever to get to a concrete solution. Equally, you can ask questions at so low level that the answer's already obvious and likely one that lots of other people have perhaps already explored in the past. The best inspiring question for your team is likely to be incremental. It's neither too high level, nor too low level, is but just right. it's enough scope to allow a create of exploration, surprising, unexpected, crativ exploration.
