The Role of Imaging in Rehabing a Shoulder
I do agree with the role of imaging if you're going to be proceeding on to definitely an invasive intervention. But there's some triggers in like the physiotherapy world so if you're rehabbing a shoulder and you've got a patient who is heading in the wrong direction they've got a distinct loss of power in there. There are things like that that are as acute that maybe my clinical diagnosis isn't correct and then what do I do? It's not that I'm anti-imaging it's just that I do know that sometimes imaging can send people down that wrong pathway.
