Are You Trying to Get Your Point of View Out in Front of People?
Senior leaders need to be thinking about multiple channels of communication. A number of people i coach do a lot of fireside chats instead of stand p presentations, just to make them feel more comfortable. So i encourage anybody in a supporting role to help those folks find their strength and find ways to get that out in front of people. The ultimate irony is that we are here in the club house format which is the most free formed form of them all right.
