The Transition to a General Manager Role
Golf is always being in my blood to be honest. I sort of grew up around golf clubs, but I was a club pro for 40 years. So it's sort of unfamiliar territory to me now in the club management side of the business. But within the industry, it's becoming more frequent that you can now see course managers become in general managers. And it's just interesting now how you can take your skills and bring those skills forward.
