How Do You Measure Performance and Reliability?

KPIs are all about performance, stability and nuts and bolts of how the service is doing. And then there's measuring the actual business impact of the APIs. We launched an API for conversions recently that allows advertisers to have a secure way to send us conversion data. For those things, we might have a much more standard set of metrics to measure across the API in different ways.
