Government as Provider Is Your Competitors, Right?
As a policy maker, the private sector is an ally because it gives you more supply. But as a provider, the privatesector is your competitor, because hen you're competing for the same market. So i think part of the confusion here comes s from government being this incredibly heavy handed beast. And so trying to therefore protect arindia like a pen or has, over the years, dramatically cut short india's global integration in terms of transport.
