Eating Late at Night Is Bad for You?

Eating just before you go to sleep is not a good idea because your body does need several hours to process the food and get rid of it. Your body is still working when it should be resting. It's all about getting your circadian rhythms lined up. The only way around that is if you've got, you know, special personal life that means you're working late or whatever. You mustn't eat anything until lunch time next day to give yourself a decent break.
