The three laws of robotics don't work. The alignment problem is like how do we make the artificial intelligence goals batch definitely with what humans want and it is that there's no solution to this problem right now. Pandemic robots more frightening things like you know just tell it to calculate the digits of pie and that it enslaves humans to build more servers to bigger or processors to calculate more digits of pie when that's not even useful anyway. So in the mid 1960s or late 1960s Arthur C. Clarke really is predicting an actual danger of artificial intelligence.
