How Visialization Has Changed Your Life

Diver Tom Daly talks about how he uses visualization and mindfulness to cope with anxiety. Diving is a huge part of his preparation for events now, and the way that you balance out the high octaneand feelings around diving. Before every dive, i'll do a visualization of what i'm about to do. And i also do like a really micro meditation, mindfulness at the back of the board' joskts where it's just me closing my eyes and taking deep breaths.
