Bishop mc manis signed a decree that actually claims their taking away the word catholic. It also says the school cannot celebrate mass or sacraments or sacramentals. They can't do fund raisers with diocese and groups, and they can't be listed in the diocesn directory. The flying of these flags sends a mixed, confusing and scandalous message all to the public about the church's stants on these important issues.
