Hiring is very hard, right? When interviewing someone for a potential role, you've got the hiring manager. They probably really want to hire some one sta p because there's so much to do here. So an interesting rule to consider is that someone else on the interview panel has to champion the hire. And then if they work, that's that's where the gold is.
