I'm Obsessed With Knots in My Muscle
I'm very mystified by what is going on down there. I went to physical therapy a couple of years ago. My physical therapist taught me how to like feel your muscles for like when they get stuck together because like little strands of your muscle that's stuck together. Oh, it's called an adhesion. Have you guys ever heard of that? It's just like the muscle and tissue can expect together the fascia and the muscle tissue. The fibers and the muscles are stuck together. What? Yes. You guys didn't know that? No. Oh, wait, that's what it is. I have a knot right now on my neck. I need to do something about this
