Lonnie Zamora is a local police officer in Socorro, New Mexico. He's driving down the road when he sees a black car that he believes is driven by a 17 year old young man that he knows and it's speeding. He starts following the kid and then he hears an enormous roaring sound. And so he thinks the dynamite shack may have blown up.
