Are We on the Right Path Building New Normal?
Icaso: I think that we have to remember that humanity matters when his humanity don't mean big he humanity mean little. When coveht first happened, a so many leaders leaned on their humanity, whether they were effective or ineffective. That's called good leadership. And we should be encouraging those in our charge to do the same for those in their charge. We all still want to be around people. One beautiful discovery i've made,. as is the beauty of virtual walks with someone when you're on the phone, just listening to them, wack. It's really, really been a real gift.
