Take a deep breath before every meal. Even like one minute of deep breathing has been found to centre or orground somebody. Prepare one portion at a time when eating. Try to eat as if you need to describe every aspect of the meal to someone who has never tasted that food before. Look for easy replace ments, such as celtzar waters and ind i brand water. And we don't want to waste our plate but also, if we are satisfied, do not have to eat everything on the plate.
