The Justice Department's Target Letter to Trump on January 6th

Joshua Castenberg, a professor at the University of New Mexico Law School and a former judge and lawyer in the U.S. Air Force: Does it most likely mean that Trump will be charged in connection with January 6th? He says there are some crimes that are obvious that would be on a charge if the Justice Department were to go after him. Castenberg: We just don't know whether or not the Department of Justice has a smoking gun on either conspiracy or aiding in a betting or obstruction of an official government process.
