Mandy's C-Section

Mandy had a panic attack for four straight days following her c-section. She would have the panicky feelings come from hormones or whatever it was and she could deal with them more they're not as intense but for fourstraight days in the hospital it was like inescapable you know all night that panic attack feeling. For a couple weeks after we got home she would continue to have one at least once a day maybe twice a day even though things were getting better. The experience completely changed my perspective and I thought I was a pretty understanding person before that. It reaffirmed my appreciation for the idea that you cannot judge or even think to understand what another person's mental health might be like
