The deal is a little unnerving to markets just because of the treatment of the AT1s and also that it's not requiring approval of UBS shareholders. The market doesn't like when the rules change like that, I guess, if you will. But I would say that if you look at the deal from a long-term perspective of UBS, they are going to limit the investment bank.
