How to Monitor Your Ketones During a Fast

Ketones are in a really good range at one point eight, and that's going to be your fingerprint got milli molar. One point eight is terrific, it's showing that your body is using fat for fuel. If you're seeing your ketones maybe staying the same or going up, the glucose are going up too. So I would recommend doing that test where you test right when you wake up in the morning and then maybe three hours into your fast. Then right before you break the fast and see where it's trending  to get an average.
