What Should We Pivot Into in the Mobile Analytics Space?

Spencer: We had built up an infrastructure for understanding how our users are using the product. The data was showing us that like retention was poor, people would stop using it. So when we pivoted, we were coming up with, okay, well, what should we pivot to? And one of the first things that we noticed was other batch mates in our white Combinator class saw the kind of dashboards and analytics that we were tracking in sunlight. That was kind of actually the first thing we thought about is maybe there's an opportunity here.
