How to Collaborate Early

There's this dual bind in between trying to have there be more collaboration early. And there's also a flip side of that, which is people standardizing too early and not doing enough exploration. So if you have a social token for people who are building open source quantum programming languages, you don't have to bet on which is the platform. You can actually freely move in the market of ideas but you know that you're contributing to the community.
