The Jesus Was Adopted by His Father

The Jesus was adopted by his father. He had something you hear a lot, people have all kinds of interesting things to say to people who are adopted and adopted. I think it's pretty clear that he's the son of Joseph, but should we be calling that adoption because he's also still the son of God? That's not how adoption worked in the ancient world. When you were the son of one father, you were no longer legally the son of another father.
