Rolls-Royce Confirms Export License for Combat Engine Technology Transfer to the AMCA Fighter

A turbos says just a day ago, Rolls-Royce confirmed an export license for combat engine technology transfer to the AMCA fighter. Will this set the stage for India's indigenous jet engine production? I am kind of skeptical about any such news report. I think that we're going to have to do it the hard way. Maybe work with the French and maybe pay a huge amount of money for the technology. But eventually we will have to doing it.
