WeWork co-founder Adam Newman is no longer a part of the company. He's been buying multifamily properties across the United States in popular markets with young people like Nashville and Fort Lauderdale. The statement they put out was very nebulous, it had no specific system what he was actually going to do. But from our reporting, one thing that he is looking at is this hybrid apartment hotel model.
