Is the Price Change a Good Idea?

The new iPhone has a better battery life than the old one. The price is up from 29 to 30 dollars, putting it over the 400 dollar threshold. There's lots of other budget adroit phones that fall around that mark. But don't you think they could put a little more thought into it?
