The Pandemic Has Shifted Priorities, Right?

The pandemic has squeezed people in ways that they previously weren't aware of or hadn't ever experienced before. A lot of older americans, when faced with working another five years in these conditions, being older and at risk for the virus, just chose to retire early. And then some are just no longer in the in the labor market at all. So certainly it plays a part, but i think for a lot of these am, i would say, for a much of these negotiations, this happened well before the pandemic really fucked with people's livelihoods.
