The Fed's Fear of Inflation
Even if the inflation rate stays low, you could get yourself into other problems. There are so many imbalances out there and so many sources of concern that as central bankers eventually have to tighten, the response of the financial markets could actually be pretty disorderly. And I think when the rates do start to move up in any kind of serious way, the markets, there could be a lot of people heading for the exits at the same time.
